Composition
Each film coated tablet contains: Vardenafil (as hydrochloride trihydrate) 20 mg Vardenafil (as hydrochloride trihydrate) 10 mg Vardenafil (as hydrochloride trihydrate) 5 mg Properties: -Erection are usually controlled by a balance of two body chemicals, the first brings on erection, the seconds takes erection away , If the two chemicals are out of balance, you can lose an erection before it starts. -Lover is safe drug which act through the natural mechanism by reducing the action of the second chemical (called PDE-5). -Lover is more selective and more potent inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5) this lead to erection of penis. -Lover allows an erection to last long enough for you to satisfactorily complete sexual activity. Indication: -Lover is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men.

Dosage
Use in adult men: - The recommended starting dose of Lover is 10 mg taken orally. -It is taken approximately 25-60 minutes before sexual activity. -The dose may increased to maximum recommended dose of 20 mg or decreased to 5 mg based on efficacy and side effects. - The maximum recommended dosing frequency is once per day. -Lover can be taken with or without food but preferably not or high fat meal as this may delay the effect. Use in elderly men: -A starting dose of 5 mg Lover should be considered in patient more than 65 years of age. -No dose adjustment of Lover is required for use in men with mild hepatic and renal impairment. Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to vardenafil. - Recent stroke, unstable angina and myocardial infraction. - Kidney Failare, severe heart or liver problems. -A history of degenerative eye disease such as (retinitis pigmentosa).
Contraindications

Side effects
-Most of the side effects are mild to moderate and usually go away after few hours. -The most commonly side effects: headache, flushing , indigestion , nausea , dizziness and nasal congestion. -Rare side effects: effect on vision , prolonged or painful erection , back pain and high or low blood pressure.
Precautions
Take special care with Lover and tell your doctor if you have: - Severe cardiovascular diseases. - Severe renal or hepatic impairment. - Peptic and duodenal ulcer. - Bleeding disorder (such as haemophilia) Drug interactions: - Nitrate or nitrate oxide donors such as (Amyl nitrite) concomitant use of these drugs with Lover could seriously affect your blood pressure. - Antiarrhythmic drugs such as: quinidine, procainamide , amiodarone and sotalol. - Antifungal drugs such as:ketoconazol , itraconazol, -Erythromycin and alpha blockers. - Drugs for HIV such as: ritonavir and indinavir. Package: - Lover 5 mg contains 1 × 5 Tablets. - Lover 10 mg contains 1 × 4 Tablets. - Lover 20 mg contains 1 × 2 Tablets. Storage: - Store at temperature below 30 ºC.
